Enterprise Technology Center has 84 professional R&D personnel which involves3 doctors,5masters，44high & mid-level professional & technical personnel and some rich practical experience & skills people.

In 2006,the company launched the cooperation of Industry-University-Research projects,and itstechnological innovation is mainly based on independent innovation,supplemented by the introduction ofdigestion, absorption and re-innovation, and cooperative innovation. It combines independent research anddevelopment with industry-university-research, and achieves and masters many core technologies withunique high content and market value in terms of enhancing technological innovation ability and solving keytechnical problems. We have cooperated with professors and experts from Xi'an Jiaotong University, SichuanQuality Inspection Institute, Sichuan University and Shanghai Huicable Inspection Technology Co., Ltd.

The testing center includes material laboratory，low smoke halogen-free flame retardant and fire-resistant laboratory，wind power high-low temperature torsion laboratory and high-voltage partia discharge laboratory, equipped with more than 100 sets of first-class advanced testing equipment,which provides astrong guarantee for the company's new product development and product quality.
